TERMS OF RETURN OF GOODS



GUARANTEE PERIOD


The warranty period for all products is 30 days from the date of receipt of the parcel by the courier. The period for eliminating defects under warranty obligations cannot exceed 45 days. We recommend that you read the care instructions located on the product label. If the terms of use and care of the product are violated, the seller does not bear any warranty obligations to the Buyer.



PURCHASE RETURNS


The conditions for returning goods in an online store are similar to purchasing goods in a regular store. If your product is included in the category of knitted products, as well as in the category of underwear, lingerie tops and swimsuits, then the "List of non-food products of good quality that cannot be returned or exchanged for a similar product of a different size, shape, style, color." Products purchased at a discount cannot be exchanged or returned.


The seller, as part of the purchase and sale agreement, transfers the goods to the buyer in the appropriate completeness: individual packaging and with a hanging plastic label-seal confirming the originality of the product and its integrity, as well as additional packaging in the form of a textile bag with the company logo or a branded cardboard box - these products are an integral part of the product.


When making a return, the product must be returned in its original packaging with attached gifts and other attachments, a branded box or textile bag with the company logo. Goods of good quality cannot be returned if the factory integrity of the hinged plastic label-seal with the company logo is violated.


The package to be returned must contain the packaged product in its entirety without traces of use (with labels, factory labels, enclosed gifts and recommendations intact). By confirming your order, you agree to our return policy.



RETURN OF GOODS WHEN PURCHASED IN RETAIL STORES


The buyer has the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) days, not counting the day of purchase. The return of goods of proper quality is carried out if the specified product has not been used, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, factory labels are preserved, and there is also a sales receipt or cash receipt or other document confirming payment for the specified product*.



RETURN OF GOODS WHEN PURCHASED IN AN ONLINE STORE


The Buyer has the right to refuse the ordered Product at any time before receiving it, having previously notified the sender, and after receiving the Product - within 7 (seven) days** when purchasing in an online store. The parcel is sent by the courier company SDEK, all shipping costs are covered by the customer.


Return of a Product of proper quality is possible if its presentation, factory labels, seals, labels, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Product are preserved. It is not possible to return used goods***.


RETURN OF GOODS IN THE TERRITORY OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION


The date of actual dispatch of the order by courier or delivery at a retail store must be no later than the 7th day after receipt of the goods from the online store.

RETURNING GOODS FROM OTHER COUNTRIES


The date of actual dispatch of the order by courier must be no later than the 7th day after receipt of the goods from the online store.
